The Katonah Library’s meeting rooms are the perfect space to meet for a community event. Located in the heart of historic Katonah, the Library is within easy walking distance from the train, with quick access to I-87 and Sawmill Parkway.
The Katonah Village Library meeting rooms are primarily for the use of the Library and its programs; however, community nonprofit organizations (501C3) and local civic organizations may also rent the meeting rooms.
The two documents below need to be filled out and returned to the library in order to rent the rooms(s). Rental dates are not confirmed or held until the Application (#1 below) has been completed, signed (by both parties), and submitted with a $50 non refundable reservation deposit.

Rooms are available on a first come, first-served basis and are wheelchair accessible.
Required Certificates of Insurance
All renters should provide an insurance certificate from their homeowner’s insurance carrier or other acceptable insurance carrier. If serving alcohol, the library director’s permission and liquor liability insurance is required.

Usage of audiovisual equipment, data projector and screen, white board and markers, kitchen area and Steinway piano is available for additional fees.
